With a new CD out at the end of this month, and its star-studded band on the road before that, Michael Janisch took some time out to talk Across the table to thejazzbreakfast about Berklee, how he formed a strong bond with this band’s co-leader, how he came to settle in London, what he looks for in fellow musicians – and he what he avoids! – why he set up his own record label, and what is really special about the band that will be playing the Hare and Hounds very soon.
