Spicy music to go with spicy food

While one curry house may have finally said goodbye to jazz – K2 in Moseley closed earlier in the summer – another has said hello to the winning combination of coriander and cool music.

Panache Indian Restaurant in Sutton Coldfield has saxophonist Chris Gumbley there this evening with singer Sara Colman and pianist Dan Nicholls.

Panache, which claims to offer fine dining and would no doubt have its owners shaking their heads in disbelief to be described as a “curry house”, is on the first floor or Maney House, Maney Corner, Birmingham Road, Sutton Coldfield B72 1QL.

The music – classy, to be sure – starts at 7pm, and you would be well advised to book – go to www.panacherestaurants.com for more information.
